The company is selling a wind spinner with Snoopy theme. The advertising clearly shows a 3D biplane with Snoopy.

What I received is flat metal pieces with extensive assembly required

Also lengthy information depicting how great the quality is. Also posting fraudulent positive Trust Pilot reviews when truth is the reviews are terrible

I ORDERED A "BEE TREASURE -- WILD BEE HOTEL" and paid with my credit card. Now I see that on Trust-Pilot of 92 reviews, 91 are 1-star.

I want to cancel, because it is an obvious scam.

Website offered a Dots Wild Bee Hotel "Garden Guardian" teardrop shaped, hand-made, wild bee hotel "made by" Dot" in North Carolina by hand. They stated there was a limited quantity available as "Dot" was retiring. Website is still up and running.

I purchased 3 elegant, teardrop-shaped 8x5" bee houses that were prominently displayed on the website and allegedly hand made by "Dorthy 'Dot' Callaway, wild bee hotel maker, Weaverville, NC". I received 3 small, crappy, 6" octagon-shaped monstrosities that look nothing like the purchased product.

Unfortunately I did not read the fine print return policy until after receiving this ridiculous bait and switch. A return requires first emailing to [email protected]. "If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label". Then the products must be mailed to "101 1st floor, Leituo Technology Second Park, No. 12, Yuandong Road, Jiahe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guandong Province" (China).

I have emailed to the required address but I fully do not expect a response. My next move it to dispute the charge on my credit card. Le sigh.
