The product, a tote bag, when received, was NOT what was on the Facebook ad or the website. Nowhere in the info did it say it was made and coming from Hong Kong. I would never have ordered it if I had known. The quality was so poor and cheap and nothing like what was described and shown on the ad and the website. When I contacted them to get my money back, they said to send the item back to an address in Hong Kong, at MY expense. Only then would they refund my money. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews and others that reported to the BBB. The ad said the bag was handmade with appliques on the bag to mimic wool on the sheep. It had none of that handiwork. It was a cheap flat piece of fabric made to look like quilt. I will upload a file to show the product and info and what I got.

I'm out $59. The charge has already cleared. Please warn others that this place is a total scam, just like other customers reported. Thank you.
