I ordered directly off this website. I never received a tracking number. I never received my package. But I did receive an order number. I contacted them through email for over a week now. No response through email no response through phone. When you called it says that this line is busy every time.

COZY STROLLER SCAM

I purchased a all pink 3 in 1 stroller system from Cozy Stroller. 7 emails in and the same response as everyone here. Then when I sent out the 7 email after stating many emails prior….Baby was already born and we didn’t want their product any longer because i had to purchase another system for my daughter and her husbands first baby together. I also asked in every email to please call me…. NOTHING. Then when I emailed and said we requested a charge back from our credit card, they sent out this horrible poor quality stroller system that looked like a child toy materials and it was now gray and pink. I finally got an email that said the best they could do was to refund 15%off the white purchase price….. WHAT…. Ummmm no! That’s not how this works. They also said that due to raw material shortage they had to change the color. Never once were we uniformed off this! Our credit card is refusing us the money. We have proof in all emails we said 3 months is too long with no response and we didn’t want product. It’s horrible! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Scamming new moms or mothers to be

Purchased a three in one stroller system on May 30th and I haven’t received anything not the items not shipping information nothing. The number on file is always busy and when you reach out via email you are sent generic information in reference to processing time. I was informed that they were sending an email to their fulfillment center and never heard back from them when I reached out to them in regards to feedback I was sent the same email in reference to their processing time of payment this is most definitely a scam. My baby is due in less than 30 days now so I had to go out and purchase another system so I was scammed out of a $300 purchase and had to Go out and buy another system

I purchased a stroller a car seat 3 in one set from this site they charged my account and said my order was confirmed and that a shipping update would be sent soon to me that it would take 3-5 business days for them to ship it a total time to receive my item would take 6-8 weeks I ordered in March, and it’s now may and haven’t got nothing, so I’ve been emailing them on getting a refund and no one response and I tried calling the number on site it all gets busy tone, so I believe this is a scam so don’t purchase anything from here
