This is regarding documents that are scheduled to be delivered either to your home or place of employment. We have made multiple attempts to contact you via both phone and mail with no response. This matter has been flagged and moved forward. We are required to notify you 72 hours prior to the documents actually being delivered. This is a highly sensitive matter and does require your immediate attention.
