I ordered several items from cotosen. It displayed itself as a US company selling quality items. Soon discovered otherwise. Items were dispatched promptly, or so I thought. Transpires the delivery was split, items were claimed to be delivered by Royal Mail, I wasn't in. Items nowhere in sight. Cotosen claim they need documentation to state Items not delivered. There isn't such documentation. Plus they claim they'll only refund 50% of order. This despite the site T&C item 11 stating the refund policy will be online with English law. However the site itself gas only been running 5 months with reviews, all positive going back.prior this. Emails to their customer service are returned to yourself on replying. So you need to enter the customer service email directly. Its not worth parting with your hard earned cash. Reveies show the quality is what you'd expect from a cutthroat chinesse rip off company.

I ordered two pairs of "motorcycle" pants from Cotosen, a clothing company seemingly selling high quality rugged outdoor camping & tactical clothing.

I had to wait a month for the order to finally arrive, which included only one pair of pants, not two. The actual 'motorcycle' pants I received were a very poor example of a faux pair of motorcycle pants......definitely NOT as advertised on the website. The photo and description on the website were deliberately deceptive and very misleading. The product received, made in China, was the wrong color (sickly mustard instead of dark brown), there were NO knee pads as described, and no pleating as shown in the photo. The cotton pants material is so thin, it is similar to to what might be used for pajamas. There after, I repeatedly contacted customer service by email. NO phone number is provided.

I wrote to customer service that I only received one pair of the two pair of motorcycle pants that I ordered and paid for, and the pair I received were woefully inadequate. The response from 'Customer Service' was that I could only receive a voucher toward another purchase, no return was allowed, and they will NOT refund my money, as they wrote to me, "We can no longer can process the refund since the channel was closed" Whatever That means!

I am totally dissatisfied with this company, it is a complete ripoff, and do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company.

this company needs to be brought to attention, it has changed its name several times, injust a few months, its using photos of merchandise it does not own , nor make. It selling know offs, out of a warehouse in Los Angeles area, that are made in China . Most clients do not recieve items, or they come very late, and customers will only get product or return after many online complaints . the same site also goes under the name Fashion Nova or FashionNova.com

this email is mainly to bring awarness to the scam
