I had to wait a month for the order to finally arrive, which included only one pair of pants, not two. The actual 'motorcycle' pants I received were a very poor example of a faux pair of motorcycle pants......definitely NOT as advertised on the website. The photo and description on the website were deliberately deceptive and very misleading. The product received, made in China, was the wrong color (sickly mustard instead of dark brown), there were NO knee pads as described, and no pleating as shown in the photo. The cotton pants material is so thin, it is similar to to what might be used for pajamas. There after, I repeatedly contacted customer service by email. NO phone number is provided.
I wrote to customer service that I only received one pair of the two pair of motorcycle pants that I ordered and paid for, and the pair I received were woefully inadequate. The response from 'Customer Service' was that I could only receive a voucher toward another purchase, no return was allowed, and they will NOT refund my money, as they wrote to me, "We can no longer can process the refund since the channel was closed" Whatever That means!
I am totally dissatisfied with this company, it is a complete ripoff, and do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company.
