I order two shirts, both just terrible quality, and i wanted to return. Site clearly says I can return for refunds. They offered me something like a $7 credit to just keep the product, I said no. Now they will not even respond to me. DO NOT purchase this prroduct.

They ship from CA, but require returns to China ($102 return postage). They tout a refund policy, but fraudulently evade having to pay due to the remoteness of their return destination. Their product materials, design, and construction are a sham. Could not possibly be worse. Reverse the credit card charge through your bank to shut this stuff down.

See below, a button, but no button hole (fake).

See front hoodie "pockets" that is just a massive open top kangaroo pouch across the full width of the hoodie with a cheap/stiff metal snap in the middle to form two "pockets." There is no way you would try to put any valuables in there while wearing the hoodie. Utterly useless for its intended purpose.

The shirts took about 8 weeks to get here and when they showed up the flags that were embroidered in the pictures one was a patch and the other was ironed on. The shirts look like something from the dollar store very low low quality. And because they make sure there is no phone out there you only option is the email witch they will ignore. Nothing but a scam stay away

Ordered “ Men's Outdoor Vintage Contrast Color Henley Collar Sweatshirt” picture depicts a rugged, desert tan textured swearshirt. Received a flimsy light weight poor quality knit fabric in a solid taupe/tan color with poor stitching. Returns are to be sent back to China at your expense if they approve a return. Total trash Compare the pic on their website to what was received as Mens Vintage clothing - it is neither!

Am unhappy and dissatisfied with the quality of service and the quality of goods here.
My order was placed on 8th January and one month later I received an incomplete order - 1 item (a shirt) when I had in fact ordered 3 items.
The quality of the only shirt I did receive is below standard (eg. buttons but no button holes).
The Cotosen system of ordering and tracking is very poor. Status of order on their webpage shows 'unshipped' for all 3 of my items ordered even after receiving one of the shirts.
In addition, the tracking number sent (many days after my first enquiry) was useless as there was no carrier associated with it.
The contact system on their website sends messages off into a 'black hole' where there is no record of it being sent at all and nothing to refer to - including in my own inbox.
I believe that Cotosen is hiding behind the Covid situation to disguise very shoddy service and (in my one example) poor quality items. If I was more scpeptical, I would say that this website is preparing goods to order and taking payments in advance.
I asked for a refund of the $84 for 3 shirts(including shipping but I'm not optimistic.
Avoid.

ordered a shirt from Cotosen which was way too small even though it was size XL, which is my size. Tried 5 times to contact them on the link they provided with no response... All I want to do is return shirt for a refund. Have not had any responses from Cotosen regarding my return. Now I am stuck with a brand new shirt that doesn't fit and am unable to return

I placed an order with them 8 days ago and still no shipment of my order. Their website says it has not shipped yet they will not allow me to cancel my order saying it already shipped. I am unable to use their website to communicate with them since their captcha code verification does not work. I am now left with trying to resolve this through my bank to back charge Cotosen. Stay away from this company.

I ordered 3 items for $102.57 on Jan. 4. No sign of my order yet but I've received several e-mails saying my items are stuck in shipping - somewhere. I don't hold out much hope of ever receiving my items. I guess I'm lucky I only lost 100 bucks.

Received item in mail . All items not as shown on website. Pullovers were made of cheap blanket or pajama materials. Hat sent had extra logo wit Army on it , not in photo. 2 shirts showed embroidered US flags instead showed up with cheap patch that did not match the subdued colt of the top. Total scam all products sent were cheap knockoffs

I think I made the mistake of ordering from COTOSEN.COM! I hope not, but so far, I have been billed for two, identical transactions, when I only actually signed on for one of those. I have reported them to Paypal and now I have to wait & see what happens. If you decide to buy from this overseas Asian company, BEWARE!

The scammer was using an e-commerce identity as Cotosen. After placing an order for clothing on-line I suspected the website might involve fraud, it had mis-spelled words and product descriptions were suspect as well. I received a fraud text alert from credit card company and so I researched on internet with mixed findings and several websites link Cotosen.

I did not receive a confirmation through e-mail. They only accepted payment through PayPal which should have alerted me to the scam.

The size chart they show... one would think it would be a USA standard not Chinese sizes. When I received the XL it fit like a small. Under closer review you have to look at the chart buried and try to figure out "breast size" for a man for the correct size. Thinking I made the mistake I eat the coat donated it to charity and reordered (fool me once). This time I ordered a 3XL when I wear an XL and it was still too small. As others have said they offer a 20% discount on your next order. Shipments can take up to six weeks to arrive with no legible ship from address. I'm sure they will tell me to ship this back to China which will cost more than the coat. STAY AWAY!

This is a scam and no way to contact them. I’ve sent 4 emails/contacts to return an item for a refund and no reply back. They have no phone number or valid contact information. Shut this piece of s@#$ down for fraud. Their products and service are junk. Not about the $30, it’s about the fraud from China.

Product received did not look remotely like the one advertised. Very cheap quality. The website promises returns for refunds but when contacted they company only initially offered a small credit for a future purchase, then stopped responding altogether. This company has numerous complaints on sites such as Trustpilot.

Ropa de la más baja calidad que uno puede comprar, se hacen pasar por americanos y son chinos, pero chinos de los que te la juegan bien. Lo que te mandan no se parece ni de lejos a las fotografías. La medidas no coinciden NUNCA! Y no hay opción a que te devuelvan el dinero, reza por si te dan una parte pequeña después de enviar centenares de mail, mi ejemplo es el de por casi 30 euros gastados, una devolución de 9... NO COMPRÉIS!

Ordered items at a cost of 139.27 gbp. To a point service was good. Shipping was detailed. however after shipping it went south. Found out shipment was split without and notification. Advise item arrived but I was not in to receive. Emails to customer service resulting in a never ending circle. They claim they require a document from royal mail stating item wasn't delivered . Royal mail cannot give such a document it doesnt exist. They then said theyd only give 50% refund despite saying they abide by UK selling laws and refund policy. Both the issues above do not follow those rules. In reading other reviews people have received low grade items. Not as seen. Which is another breach if trading laws. Chinese con artists it seems.
