I bought copper jewelry from Copper & Soul claiming to be 99.9 pure copper and handmade. I bought under a "promo" of only pay for the shipping. When I received the items they are not 99.9 pure copper and handmade. I reached out to the company explaining what had happened, I have attached the email conversations. I was trying to file a complaint on this business but since it doesn't have a physical address I cannot. They charged me $100.94 for shipping. The items came in a small plastic envelope with no protection at all. As of today I have not received a follow up response from them and have not been issued a refund for the fake jewelry they sent me. Very frustrated and wanted to warn others about this company.
