I contacted Bloom Flower Delivery to order birthday flowers for a friend on Saturday Sept 26, 2026 to be delivered on Monday Sept 28, 2026. I paid an additional fee for an early delivery (guaranteed by 1p) as well as tipped the delivery driver in good faith. When I contacted my friend at 3p (her time) she had yet to receive any delivery. I contacted the company to see what happened. They reached out to the florist with no answer. I was instructed to call back at 6p. I called back as instructed and still no delivery. The customer service rep told me she would not refund me my money, someone else would reach out in 24 hours. The only conversation the company will give me is through email. They refuse to return my money and they say they eventually delivered the flowers to my friends husband that she does not have.
