Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had signed up for a one day trial using this websites webcamming services to chat with other people. I saw an add to buy more minutes for $5 subscribing to a premium account that would rebill every month. Nowhere on the website or payment process did it say that the subscription is billed annually in a lump sum of $60.02. I had signed up for this service last night, 7/11/20, after midnight so the one day trial for $1.99 is still active. I had message customer support and they ignored me at first but then replied stating, "Unfortunately, a refund is only possible if you have not spent minutes." Which does not make sense because I was charged for something illegitimately and whether or not the subscription was used prior to using what's being charged now should not void a refund on an item never intended to be purchased in the first place. This is a scam like so many other temporary websites operating out of the U.S. in that they do not explain what's being bought and they explain after the charge has gone through which at that point you have already used your account so you are trapped in paying for charges you never wanted. Please help me get my money back and shut down this website. Thank you.
