I ordered cookies from Cookie and Crumb Bakery in Star, Madison Schulte. She required full payment up front to order 3 dozen cookies. On the morning of our event, she sent me a message telling me the frosting did not work out on the cookies and she would not be able to deliver any cookies. She then promised to refund my money but needed 3 days to provide a refund. Three days later, no refund. She ignored my messages and then after I filed a Venmo scam complain, she responded and said she would refund my money by Friday when she got paid. She has not refunded the money and is now ignoring my messages for the refund. DO NOT ORDER from this person- she goes by Maddie- Custom Cookies on Facebook Marketplace! She has multiple listings and it's a scam.
