Ordered from a Facebook link that took me to a site for Joann Fabric going out of business sale. The site looked legit but I should have known better not to use a Facebook ad. I received an order confirmation email and later an email that said my order had shipped. As others stated links in email don't work, either the site cannot be reached or I get the "about blank" on a blank page. Tracking number doesn't work either.
Thank Goodness I used PayPal for my order, I will be filing a complaint with them as well.

I placed 3 orders from a Facebook Joanns sale.After I ordered I got theconfirmation from China and Japan. The 2 were coming from Japan said they were shipped. The 1 from China had all the tracking details and said it was delivered.It was not!

I too ordered from what seemed like a legit site. I got confirmation of my order which listed everything I ordered. Mar 3 got a notice saying it shipped but can't track it. msg says no network connection - I'm guessing it's on a ship at sea, well I could have swam there faster than it's coming. Beginning to think it was a scam now :-(

I used a Facebook add that announced that Joann Fabric is going out of business and that all items online were now 80% off. The site looked legitimate but the confirmation I got had all Chinese sources and links were broken. I got a second email that said my purchase was shipped March 3, 2025 but nothing has arrived and transportation link is broken too. Internet search says that this is a scam. I am trying to block payment using my credit card company. I may need to get a new card number since they may try to sell it.
