Hired these people and received a call from a 336 area code phone number. The man on the other side was trying to extort me for more money by exclaiming i needed to cash app the soon to be movers of my materials. After attempting to get an answer on why, he ensued with verbal violent threats. I also utilized this company once before this incident, paid the movers $100 to take some chairs to the goodwill, all they did was remove the items and dropped at the Hoa dumpsters which the hoa sent me fines for the chairs not being properly removed.

The organization is criminal, and I had to put a conceal weapon on when the movers showed up for my safety.

This organization is a scam - STAY AWAY.

I filed a complaint against this organization with the Consumer Protection Agency, hopefully this organization goes away soon.

The company advertises affordable services across the country, employing local labor. I engaged their services for assistance with moving, making a down payment of $228. I was promised follow-up communication from a dispatcher and an email to confirm, but after my initial payment, the only acknowledgment I received was a text confirming the payment.

After attempting to contact them around twelve times, I finally got a response less than 12 hours before my scheduled move. They assured me that all arrangements were proceeding as planned and that the movers would arrive by 9:00 AM the next day.

Next day comes around, no movers. I call and call and call and call. Finally 3 and 1/2 hours later, 2 movers with a wrong size truck show up. As it turns out they cannot fit everything into the truck, so I have to hire another moving company to do the job. I called the 'dispatcher' to complain and ask for a refund, he said that movers were his sub-contractors, had nothing to do with ContractUnited360 and if I had any issues I should work it out with these subs (whom I've never met nor made any arrangements with). Dispatcher also told me that if I am unhappy with their services I can go to court, but that would cost me $100s of dollars to get $228 back.

These guys are a scam - stay away from them.

They offered us a great low rate on a cross country move. Under $4000 including shipping a car. They said the car would be secure in the truck and the first red flag was them arriving in a U-Haul too small to fit my car. The (male) movers also lectured my roommate and I (women) on traditional gender roles and would not stop when I told him to. The 30+ minutes he took to waste our time on this matter added to the price due to hidden hourly fees! Hidden fees added nearly $5000 more to our total. The worst part of course was after they left my house. The driver immediately turned his location off so I had no idea where he was. The “dispatcher”, Halo, was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and a poor communicator. I was asking on a daily basis for the driver’s location and ETA and never got a clear answer. What should have been a 4 day trip turned into 2 weeks and left me stranded in a new city without my belongings or my car or any clue where they were. “Customer service” was also of no help at all. There has been an obscene lack of communication and after digging deeper and filing a police report, I’ve come to accept that I have been scammed and don’t know if I will ever see my things again.

These people are posting nationwide services for a low cost that utilize local workers. I hired them for moving help. Let the sketchy stuff ensue. I paid my $108 down payment and was told I would hear back from a dispatcher and receive an email confirmation. I never got any other contact after paying my down payment but a text message confirming paid. Then, I called them today and the customer service agent who answered the phone sounded very puzzled as to what to do when I stated that I had already booked moving help and just need to contact information for my local contractors to confirm. After all, I'm supposed to move on Saturday and don't want to be left hanging at the last minute. She said she would get a manager. I held for 6 minutes, then they hung up on me. When I called back, same girl, equally puzzled, claimed to be having phone problems "it was spazzing out" but said she would take my name and number and have the manager call me back, and before i could finish, hung up on me! Then I tried to call back for 15 minutes and it was not even ringing and going to a full voicemail. Then, I finally get through and get a fast talking dude on the other end who refused to give me any information about the local contractors and couldn't tell me where they would be coming from, nothing. He said I would just have to wait until THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVING DAY to hear from a "dispatcher" for more information and he could provide none now. Then I said I couldn't live with that and asked to cancel the servie and for a refund. He said "no refunds, it's in our contract." Then he proceeded to full on ARGUE with me about how their contract is solid and I'll never get my money back and encouraged me to go and dispute the charge. I've honestly never been treated like this in my life and this is so clearly a scam. These people are going to make millions nationwide getting these down payments and never providing help to people and they will probably shut down in a month and keep all the dough. This is a SCAM!!! Spare yourself!

This is not true. If this was true, we would have more than one bad review. We have been in business for years. This customer is upset because we did not refund her for her deposit. This is a customer who wanted a refund because she found a better price company and in her contract it states that we do not refund deposits. That's the whole reason for a deposit. We are here and we are not going anywhere. We told her she can take us to court as she claimed to be a lawyer. We have no problem showing proof to any court of her contract. Please show the contract you were given. This is the world we live in today, where if a customer doesn't get their way fairly, they run straight to the internet with lies. If someone to be considered scammers, we would have to not show up to the customer home on her scheduled moving date. Not once has she stated that we are scams for not showing up. Doesn't that sound fishy? We are scams before she claims to have called for 15 mins without getting someone on the phone, but then continues to state that she did get someone on the phone 15 mins later? Seriously? So we are considered scammers for not answering the phone for 15 mins? Not for never showing up to service her? Not for never answering the phone, but for not answering for 15 mins? We will let the consumers judge her review. God bless.
Also attached is a copy of the customers invoice contract for proof that she not only read the contract, but she also agreed.

The customer also put a fake name on this review, but her real name is Rosana Brown. No need to hide if your review is true. How do we know this is the exact customer if her name is fake on this bogus review site? Because she is the only customer we have had this problem with. Now doesn't that say something? $108 deposit, seriously?

She claims to be a lawyer, but does not want to take us to court for the Judge to decide who is right or wrong.
