Initial text states that they were going to charge 99.99 for computer agreement purchased with purchase of computer. I called asking identify of company.. no name given just that they contracted with Best Buy. I asked what name they had on account.. had my husband’s name. Then told us in Oder to cancel subscription we need to do that via our computer we did follow their direction to the point that Jordan Parker (Regional manager) said they were going to refund our payment but we needed to login to our bank account. At that point we hung up, Jordan (California number) kept calling back over and over again.
