I’m having same horrible experience. I was expecting to meet the breeder of my puppy in Oklahoma City this Sunday. Then I get a message that their daughter had a baby and they had to ship puppies and get to Ohio. So then I get email from Smart Continental Express wanting $250 for crate rental. Then a few hours later they want $300 for insurance. This is all to be refunded on delivery. Now CashApp stop payment, I have to wait on refund from CashApp. So I’m tapped out. So if there is a puppy it’s stuck at the delivery place.
