I ordered a Snuggle Warm heated blanket and it is not what I received or what is advertised on their website. It has no heating element and no foot pockets. Emailed the company and received nothing back from them.

I purchased a heated snuggle for my wife. When it finally shows up it did not even come close to matching description. It shipped from Michelle Mao SK Perseverance LLC that has bad bbb reports also
