I received a phone call from someone by the name Skype Williams at phone number 707-456-7961 who said he his with Key2debtfree guaranteeing to lower my student loans balance, but it would cost a sum of money. but my loans will be paid up for 8 years, if I don't earn over $100,000 for 10 years. My debt checking account says a FL 9542830829 on 9/20/23 for $1,923 and on 9/24 for $1,000 another transaction totaling $2,923 withdrawal from mu MCU credit union checking account in NY. I did not authorized these transactions. I called Sk representing Jack Ineista at this phone number 877-232-8373 from the Loan Forgiveness department. He had all of Student Aid Information. I want all of my total fees $3,846. I call to get my money back, but Skype Williams has another story to tell me about what's going in 90 days. I would get a zero balance off of my Student loan balance and not pay for 10 years. How did they get my student aid information? I am requesting my money back from Key2debtfree now past 90 days nothing has changed, and the Student Aid doesn't know anything about this company being a third party Student Aid servicer. I recived the Direct Consolidation Loan Application and Promisory Note Loan Program. I called MOHELA and they do not recognized Key2debtfree as a loan consolidation servicer on record. MOHELA also told me they have a list of services, but they provide the Loan consolidation service for free of charge. I want all of my money back from Key2debtfree ASAP please. The address on the loan consolidation application is 7754 Okeechobee Blvd #336 West Palm Beach, Florida 33411 phone#310-359-0337. So far nothing has happened or what is going on? I have requested my money back, since I don't have to pay any money for a loan consolidation from MOHELA nor now Student Aid Advantage. Skype doesn't want to give me a refund for my money back.

They claim to be a student loan forgiveness company. With only $1220.00 ( 4 payments of $305.00). My student loan will be for given and wiped clean.
