- Mechanicsville, VA, USA

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a comfortable, yet stylish looking jogging suit. I placed the order through the website, not Facebook. The price was approximately $40 on sale but then I was charged a different price through PayPal. This happened unexpectedly, but the jogging suit arrived in a timely manner. When I opened the package, the material was not what I expected. I expected a cotton product and it appears to be more polyester. I decided to return the product for a refund. I could not find an address. I emailed customer support several times requesting a return address and a refund. They offered $4 and then $6 dollars and then said that I had to pay for return shipping. They also did not provide a return address.

Purchased clothing 12/2/24. Had not received them

- Anderson, IN, USA

I ordered some clothing online via a website. There is no address or phone number listed for the website but it says orders made in USA per the banner. It also says 100% money back guarantee, free shipping (5-7 days), and returns accepted within 30 days. I contacted them for a refund but they refuse to provide a refund or tell me how to return the product. They said I would have to ship it to their facility in Chin, and they would only give me $21 dollars back because the order was correct. The clothes do not fit and they said I should just give them to someone else without getting my money back. They will only respond via email, and have now said they will not issue me any refund.

- Noblesville, IN, USA

They claim to be based in US. 100% 90 day money back return. Fabric is not as described, cheap polyester. They say it must be shipped to China to return.

- Long Beach, CA, USA

I purchased four sets of clothing from a company called Constituent, which I discovered on Instagram. They also operate under the name Constituent London and Elite Trading Co. Limited. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

It took 25 days for my order to arrive, which was much longer than I anticipated. When the items finally arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality and incorrect sizes.

Since November 3, 2024, I have sent several emails requesting assistance, including asking for the address to return the items for a full refund, as stated in their online return policy. However, their responses have been unhelpful. They informed me that returning the items would be too expensive and suggested I either give them as gifts or accept $12 in exchange for keeping the merchandise.

The company's return policy clearly promises a 100% refund, yet they have refused to provide the necessary return address, effectively blocking my ability to send the items back. In their latest email, they asked me to send images (in JPG format) of the products and the SKU QR code to identify the issues. I complied, but their response was merely an apology for any inconvenience, stating that the merchandise has been a top seller.

Despite providing the requested images, they continue to send unreasonable emails without addressing the actual issue or giving me the return address with the refund label. This lack of accountability for the poor-quality products and their failure to honor the return policy has added to my frustration.

Their website lists the following address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX, but they instruct customers not to send anything there. The phone number provided is 447418316950, but I have tried calling with no answer.

I feel misled and deeply frustrated by this entire transaction. The company's refusal to honor their return policy, coupled with the poor quality of the products, has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered an “American made” product on May 30 with 3-6 day Express shipping for a teacher’s gift. I received the item on June 18 after it shipped from the country of Sweden. I asked to cancel or refund my order several times as I knew the 3-6 days was false from that point. The site said it’d be shipping from Mississippi. They offered me $2 USD (very clearly stated USD every time for currency for an American made company) and said it’ll be too expensive for me to ship back so they’ll just give me $2. I said I want a total refund for their scam representation and that it wasn’t 3-6 day shipping. They have no phone number to call and only respond with very basic generic responses like I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied please give it a chance or I’m sorry but with my limited ability I can’t refund you more than $4 USD. I requested to get in touch with someone higher up and asked for phone number for customer service several times but it has gone ignored. At this point just want to bring light to a scam of this company - definitely not American made and definitely not customer centered.
