please everyone please be aware. I recieved a text from for me to call 866-216-1075 or 866-216-1073. it said I purchased a iphone form amazon and to contact them for processing. When I called they asked me for my name,amazon number, and email.I told them I did not have a acct and did not purchase a phone. they connected me with a It help calleded connectwise. A rep came on stated he needed to log into my computer. He advised me to go to microsoft and give him my computer ID, which gave him access to my computer. When logged in he told me to pull up the credit card info that was charged. Before my eye this rep charged 378 in purchases, and transfered 500 to several different names. I did not know what was going on so I called my dauughter who immediately told me it sounded like fraud, when i mentioned this the rep hung up. I tried calling all the telephone numbers that was given and they were disconnected. I am a elderly womoan on a fixed income, i dont use computers and do not know anything about this type of scam. I called all my Credit cards these ppl were in the process of changing the addresses on my credit cards to get new ones sent to the. Thank GOD i was able to block this. CONNECTWISE im unsure if you track your purchasers that oders your products but they are scammers. I reported this to FBI fraud and to BBB. I pray that this complaint help someone to not go thru the headache I am going thru right now. GOD Is on my side and I know something will come out of this.
