I heard back from them in December 2024 and was told that my application was on hold and faced rejection because of multiple problems. They then said that I would need to pay the $3000 to fix the application that they did and made numerous errors. I told them I would be proceeding with them because of all the errors in the application. They then proceded to call me and text me almost everyday with threatening messages. I repeatedly told them that I was getting someone else and they kept emailing, texting and calling me that they were going to just cancel my application. I told them I did not give permission to do that but they kept insisting they would if I did not respond to them and they way they wanted. I told them that this was fraud as they did so many mistakes and wanted me to pay for it and because I do not want to pay them $3000 they were going to cancel my application with USPTO without my choice. They then texted my that I was not smart enough and that they had my driver’s liscence with my information. I have all this on text. I feel like they threaten me about having my driver’s liscence information. I believe that this business is coming fraud, abuse and text threats that need investigation. I also need help for the security of my information. self and business. I live in Fl and reached out to the Florida BBb and they told me it looks like the company is in Texas to reach out to your division. Thanks in advance.
