I wish I had found this post before we sent $400 to hold a puppy from him. He told us he was in Nashville and gave an address. We were on our way up to Nashville to get the puppy when he texted that he was at the store getting supplies and could we send him $250 to his son's account, [email protected] and we immediately knew it was a scam. We stopped and did some more research - he is not legit. He lifted all his pictures from other websites. His phone has a Missouri area code, but that is not that uncommon these days. We have filed a complaint with PayPal and a dispute with our bank. Paypal will not refund us because he asked us to put it under friends and family and I did - now I know better. I have reported him to IC3.com (FBI) and BBB and will post warnings on all the FaceBook Blue Heeler groups I can manage to. How frustrating! I hate it that others might be scammed. He's good, on texting he answered all my questions just like a good breeder would. Very sad.

Emailed requesting information to purchase a 11 week old blue heeler puppy from Colby Walker - Colby Blue Heelers. We texted and emailed back and forth and when I would call he wouldn't pick up the phone. He would respond by a text and always had some excuse as to why he couldn't not answer the phone. He stated in his web page the pup was $750.00 & 350.00 for shipping the pup from TX to AK. He mentioned the pup would come with a puppy nanny. He used Express Ship Masters as his shipping--he stated the pup and nanny would fly on a commercial flight. He mentioned that I would get information regarding the flights from the shipping company, which I never did receive. He stated on 03/06/24 that the shipping company was trying to get ahold of me, but I called BS on that. I never got a VM, Text or email from the shipping company. This was also a scam. He did receive the money VIA paypal. I have the information for his and "his son's" account. On 03/07/24 "the shipping company" sent me another email stating they need $999.99 more to fulfill the shipping of the pup.

I am more than happy to turn over all the information I have received. Text messages & emails.

I'm usually not taken by anyone, but these monsters are good.

This is the jest of this scam!!

I was requested to send a Zelle payment to his son. Was the sons name Tyrone Gray? I believe this guy almost got me too. My bank flagged it and I had to change my bank account info. The IP address looks like it comes out of France. When I said I was wary about making the deposit again, he pushed that he would never scam anyone and said I could paypal him. Gave me the same address info as in your post. It would be nice to be able to communicate and compare notes.
