I saw on add on Instagram, stupid me about a ride on toy car for kids. I got on and picked the color as it had options as well as shipping method. I paid for the product and received on email that it would be delivered before Christmas. The email also stated that I would receive a confirmation email when it ships 1-2 days priority. The only form of communication was an email address, and I should have been alarmed then. Christmas came and went and sent multiple emails to this company about not getting my order with no response. I notified the bank about possible fraud in which they cancelled my card, but still doing an investigation and have yet to reverse the charge on my account.
