I am reaching out to get an update on my order that was placed on 4 June. The status is still saying pending and I never received a confirmation email for my order. Can I get a reason on why my order has not been processed and shipped and why I did not receive a confirmation email.

Brittany” and on 9 June they said “ terribly sorry, Your order has not been paid successfully, Can you pay with PAYPAL?” I responded on 10 June “ The order has been paid it was taken out of my bank account on 6 June not sure why a company would ask for me to pay with PayPal…. Please process my order or I am going to report the transaction as fraud as well as the website.” Later that day I also sent “ I have sent a dispute with my bank as I feel this is fraudulent.” On 11 June they said “ Hello,
Can you send a screenshot of the bill?
We will solve this problem.” I responded “ I am not sending a screenshot of my bank account”
I knew it was a scam once I looked at my bank account and saw that the purchase went to SQ*CASEY BROWN gosq.com AL

for a purse for my wife for Christmas. They sent me a confirmation number and said to be patient that my order would ship as soon as it was processed. On 12/16/2017 they emailed me that the package was shipped and gave me a tracking number *** and Order Number ***. I attempted to track the package, but said they did not have it in their system. Well I waited and waited and no package. I have emailed the company several times without any answer. So I now think that the company is a "fake" and scam company. My credit card was charged on 12/10/2017 for $95.11. Now going on 3 months I haven't heard anything so I'm asking for any help that you can offer.
