Sent wrong unit. I filed a claim with PayPal. MMEcomm agreed after PayPal contacted them to give a refund provided I sent the unit back at my expense. I sent it back to the address they provided via the payment company. The package is now in transit back to me as the address provided was bogus in CA. I got the wrong unit to begin with and they told me in an email not their problem. Additionally, it was horrible no power at all to it. They did not even offer to replace the unit. The order document had clearly another unit on it. I had to pay to send it back. PayPal denied the claim stating I did not provide enough proof I sent it back when I uploaded the receipt from the USPS. The alleged air conditioning unit is garbage - not what was claimed in ads or their website. I was ripped off.

I ordered a portable air conditioner for 159.99 and the second one was 120.,00. I tried the unit but it did not cool off the room. I emailed them this info and they asked for a video. I replied how can I send a video of not cooling off the room. They then said any final sales are not refundable. The advertisement did not say anything about final sale if it had I would not have ordered it because it would needed to be tested out. I told them this and all they kept saying is its a final sale. We just kept going back and forth about the final sale issue. I asked them to show me where it says final sale. They then offered me 20% refund. The advertisement says 60 day refunds with no questions asked. I want what I am entitled to which is a full refund. I ordered it July 16,2025. I am entitled to a full refund within 60 days. They failed to send me a copy of advertisement that says final sale because there was none. There is no phone number or address only email. Is there anything that can be done about this.

This "Portable Air Conditioning Split Max" was advertised as an air conditioner that cools, the fact is it does not cool, it's actually a cheep heater. When I placed the order, it "glitched" and said it didn't place the order so I had to repeat the order, when i fact it did get ordered so I ended up paying twice and getting two of these things. I keep seeing this product on Facebook and it needs to be shutdown before they scam anyone else with this 'bait and switch" scam.

Climafy Air conditioner items don’t work. It’s like trash, and refund is a issue cause’ first you have to send that item to China, to expensive post mail costs.

I received an add on Facebook about this wonderful AC unit that can cool down a room in 10 min.
I was very impressed with the add and it had consumer references touting how well it worked.
I purchased 2 units. I did not know they came from China until I received a shipping notice that is was being shipped from China.
Once the units came in I followed their horrible directions only to find out is says nothing in the directions about air conditioning.
It has a very weak noisy fan that doesn't put out cooled air. It appears to be recycling the existing room air.
