I posted a used vehicle on Facebook Marketplace. The buyer asked me to purchase a history report on this specific website, not another one. I unfortunately feel for it, but after doing research in this specific website, they claim to have an LLC, the phone number listed on their website is not active (different to the 501 number listed), and found out they are in Pakistan. Their LLC is not actually registered to my knowledge, and they most likely operate multiple fake websites under the same IP address. I also assume that the person who reached out to me initially on Facebook is apart of the scam, I just can't figure out how and why.
