I submitted info requested, info was taken, received no contact info for 3 weeks. Called to see update could not get through. Called again got unusual recorded message, unrelated to company. I was supposed to make payments to the number, now not possible. They sent a text letter stating they were canceling me on July 27, 2026, for not contacting them. Which I tried to.
