I purchased a motorcycle helmet from the on May 26, and it hasn’t arrived. The tracking website they sent me to is in Chinese, and I can’t get their customer support to contact me. I have asked for a refund, but I’ve heard nothing. There is also a second website, www.gear-rider.com, using the same street address, selling the same products, and has the same reviews on products, but the name on each review has been changed. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks, but the emails I do get back are oddly worded, have many grammatical errors, and never answer my questions.
