My name is ***, and I found your contact on www.intuit.com, I am currently seeking a part-time Payroll Assistant to join my company, which I've been successfully running for the past few years. As a Payroll Manager, I handle payroll accounting and auditing for multiple companies. Due to an increasing workload, I'm in need of a Data Entry Typist Assistant who can work remotely from any location within the state.
I am looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator/Assistant because I currently have numerous jobs from various companies, managing their taxes, check printing, and payroll paperwork. It's becoming challenging to manage everything on my own, which is why I need someone to assist me personally.
The ideal candidate will be honest, trustworthy, and capable of working from home. Your responsibilities will include printing letters, notes, and checks based on the payroll data provided by the companies I work with. I will handle the UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipment labels for dispatching these documents to their respective destinations.
