I ordered some dresses. They never showed up. When I contacted the company they told me I would only receive a 60% refund. I had to tell them in 5 separate emails to refund the money before them finally telling me that it would take 15-25 business days to see the money. I have yet to receive any kind of refund. Also never offered to replace and reship.

I went through Tik Tok shop to make 2 orders, both of which were with Cimamc. I paid for my products and express shipping. Both orders were made on April 21, 2026. After about 4 days I messaged the company as to why I hadn’t received my order, the only response I got was a tracking number and being told to be patient, my order was on the way. I continued to message them in regards to this order. And was constantly told to be patient. 31 days after my order was placed, the tracking website they used said that my package was delivered. Which was a lie. The shipment was to go to the office I work at, I reviewed camera footage and there was never a delivery made. After reaching out to them, they informed me that they “lost money” on my order and could not refund it. Then asked that I pay more money to them for shipping and they would attempt to send my order again.

Ordered dresses & never received them. When I asked for a refund, they said they would reship them for a shipping cost. Have not received refund. It’s been 3 months. They keep telling me to be patient.

I ordered dresses. The website said free shipping from the US. Tracking showed from China. A month later it shows delivered but it never was. I emailed customer service. They say shipping was $15 and they won’t refund it. I have disputed it with my credit card company.

I placed an order with CIMAMC and it never arrived. When I click on the tracking information in my shipping confirmation email, there is no way to track it. The link takes you to a known shipment tracking scam website.
