Rental property in Lake Charles, La. property address 137 E Greenway St. , Lake Charles, La. 70605. Contacted Christopher *** VIA email & asked if property was still available for rent he replied back the following day saying yes, but would have to fill out a/an application. Which was emailed along with property address & his contact number. once application was sent back a couple days later he said it was approved. Then emailed lease agreement form to fill out once it was done & emailed back to him he contacted my daughter by text since it was her information on lease agreement. Told her he has to know if she was serious about renting the place & asked if she could send security deposit of $750. which she wired to him being he said he lived out of state in Houston,Tx area. A couple weeks after he asked for monthly payment & he would mail the key for house to us ASAP. After week passed by with no key in mail tried to contact him by text & one with no response as of three weeks later. Christopher *** claims he works for United States Aid for International Development in Houston, TX.
