Used deception and duress to add additional treatments which were not necessary at a very expensive price. Said they were Licensed & Bonded and registered in Washington State which they are not. 5.0 ratings on website but have F rating with the BBB. Broke the baffle board and destroyed the fire blanket in my wood stove by vacuuming it. They did clean the soot from the chimney. I called to speak to a manager but they never returned my call. They use different numbers all the time and have two addresses listed which are fake or a cover. From best I can discern, this is not a real company and very deceptive. I was lied to several times and had the phone hung up on me twice. They wanted a $25 fee to use a credit card & I was encouraged to pay cash or write a check. I wrote a check but it hasn’t cleared. The whole thing is very questionable as I read in other complaints. Please don’t use this company, It’s definitely a scam.
