This is the worst company! DO NOT BUY from them! They are a complete scam. I bought a jumpsuit, when it came the clasp was broken, then I realized they sent the wrong one. Contacted customer service and they told me they upgraded my purchase at warehouse and it’s correct. 1st, not upgraded cost the same as other jumpsuit, 2nd never got my consent to change order, 3rd it’s defective due to broken clasp. Told them I wanted correct jumpsuit or refund me. Then responded to keep it but give me 25% off next order. I said no, I want refund and to send shipping label and they are still playing games, no refund. Over two weeks going back and forth now. Will never buy from here again!
