I ordered 2 crossbody bags for 30 each. They were delivered to the wrong address. I proved that through the post office. They kept telling me from China a tracking no that didn't exist and never received anything. Do not order from cherishty.com. not a good or fair company

Purchased handbag thru Facebook advertising from Cherishty.com and was billed $41.58, which my credit card on 02/26/2026. I have not received the handbag, as of 04/02/2026. At first they kept me informed as to the status of the bag, but once they informed me it passed customs and was now in the U.S. ready for shipment to me, I have heard anything from them, no communication at all. I went online to check on the company and was overwhelmed by how many complaints there were from others who did not review merchandise ordered from this company.

Nov. 30th 2025 an ad on fb offered a 3-in-1 car headrest tablet holder. I ordered 4. 1 for my kids and 1 for myself for christmas. I have asked every week since chriatmas "where is my order?" Every response was "its on yhe way!" Tonights response says "delivered January 14th" thats a LIE!

I ordered an embroidery kit via Instagram. The purchase cost was $35.23, but they charged me $45.80. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they would not do that but said they'd refund the overage. They did not do this either. Since I was eager to get the kit, I let it go. Then when I saw that it was clearly a knock off, I was angry with myself. I contacted their support email [[email protected]} and they asked me to send photos of the low quality, which I did. Then yesterday they offered me $4.00 compensation. Then I realized, I'd been scammed. I started looking into their website and saw that it is rated low for trustworthiness. Also, interestingly, my product is not listed on their official website. So I demanded a full refund, but I'm sure that won't happen either. I did say I would contact the BBB.
