Nov. 30th 2025 an ad on fb offered a 3-in-1 car headrest tablet holder. I ordered 4. 1 for my kids and 1 for myself for christmas. I have asked every week since chriatmas "where is my order?" Every response was "its on yhe way!" Tonights response says "delivered January 14th" thats a LIE!

I ordered an embroidery kit via Instagram. The purchase cost was $35.23, but they charged me $45.80. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they would not do that but said they'd refund the overage. They did not do this either. Since I was eager to get the kit, I let it go. Then when I saw that it was clearly a knock off, I was angry with myself. I contacted their support email [[email protected]} and they asked me to send photos of the low quality, which I did. Then yesterday they offered me $4.00 compensation. Then I realized, I'd been scammed. I started looking into their website and saw that it is rated low for trustworthiness. Also, interestingly, my product is not listed on their official website. So I demanded a full refund, but I'm sure that won't happen either. I did say I would contact the BBB.
