two years ago we were having trouble with our computer. We thought we were hacked and chawla technical support contacted us and said they could take care of the problem. They said they could help us with all our computer problems for a year for $200. And I will admit they did, but we really did not use them that much. Then when the year went by they said they had noticed some problems lately and they would give us a lifetime deal for I think $300.We agreed, but in this past year they kept calling me to say they were going out of business and to call them and I could get my money back that I gave them. This made me suspicious. Why would they give the money back when they fulfilled their agreement or the 2 years. After reading about some of the other cases using Chawla I knew that something was up. They told me they would put the money in my bank. I told them to send me a check and they said they didn't do it that way. By now they were getting upset so I just told them to keep the money and not bother me anymore. Why do I think they are going to keep calling?
