WE SENT FUNDS TO OCTAINDEXMARKET FOR BITCOIN PURCHASE. WE WERE TOLD FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON 7/20/23. WE WERE TOLD TO PAY ADDITIONAL $3450 TO RELEASE FUNDS. WE DID NOT PAY ANY MORE MONEY. DISPUTED CHARGES WITH BANK AND RECEIVED REFUND. LOST $200 THAT WE DID AS GIFTCARD.
