Gave 650 deposit showed three houses with no address. Application was accepted I was approved. Was supposed to be next day move in kept calling and Matcus May Harris who is supposed to be the director is on answering machine. Tells you to not call again will call call you back.Lies Lies Lies this is so sad that people really need help and you are using the love of God to take people's money for yourself. You should really be ashamed of yourself. But you will be found and prosecuted.

Told me to hold my home to put a down payment and still haven’t followed through with my lease agreement. Reporting scam and fraud immediately. And they need to be prosecuted.

I paid $999 through cashapp to this company for a new home and they haven’t followed through with there end of bargain now I have to report fraud. I’m highly pissed, they are scamming people out of there money and highly ashamed I didn’t pay more attention to all of these errors on there end. Just sick of people to this to people.

I found a house listed on Craigslist and the people reached out to me and told me the house was ready to move in to. They told me they charge $100 for a COVID clean up and the deposit would be $775. I paid $100 for the clean up and $775 for the deposit through cashapp. They told me I didn't need to see the inside of the house and I was good to go to move in. They started giving me the run around. I told them I don't understand why it was taking so long to get me moved in. Then they stopped answering the phone. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me one. They never asked for my physical address. They told me they had 15 move-ins Monday and they would get me in on Tuesday. Now I haven't heard from them.

To try and sum everything up..The scammer is on craiglist pretending to have a legit home rental company. Changing Lives llc. They mentioned they were in st.Louis about a year but started in GA & TX.. Due to recent weather conditions scheduled showings were canceled til the following week . Due to Covid-19 there’s limited homes available so they offered holding fee for homes so no one else could view the home interested in. Which was returned due to account I’d # given from them not in description ($350) never known of a scammer giving $ back. All homes are there with pictures but no address. Everything (seemed) legit til searched them and couldn’t find anything but cleaning or home health companies. Also, apparently in office but I heard someone ordering food in the background. Including,searching the number popped up a different name then one given in email and verbally. I don’t assume everyone is a scammer til there’s a reason given but I should’ve checked. Due to this I have to report all info to ssc& irs for identity theft. It’s hard finding a home during these times but learn from my experience. Take your time and look into things more now a days scamming is at a all time high right now.
