I received a text message this morning for a Zoom interview for a job with CH Promotions. They sent my email address to confirm that it was my email. I confirmed it was my email. They sent a Zoom link through email. Prior to the meeting, I tried to find my application to CH Promotions, but did not find anything except an application in May 2024. I searched for applications with matching job titles and found one to New York Communications Group on Indeed. I attended the Zoom meeting and it was a group interview with one interviewer. Very unorganized. The interviewer mentioned that the role was for Frontier internet customer service, which I never applied for. Afterward, I called the number in the email they (CH Promotions) sent me and a woman answered and kept repeating a summary of the job description when I asked if the position was for CH Promotions, New York Communications Group, or Frontier. Then she hung up on me.
