I requested for Mr. Gregory Sandoval jr. for a small bath remodel from his company CG Construction & Design LLC. We paid 3 separate transactions totalling 2584 on June 30 2023. The transaction came out July 1st and July 2nd. They agreed to start August 2, 2023. They had multiple issues and excuses for 2 weeks. I then requested for a full refund and again they delayed the refund for over a month. He stated he sent the check through certified mail but when I asked him about it Gregg stated I was being rude and hostel, yet I still have not recieved the tracking information. In which I contacted our bank to seek fraudulant claims against this company. As of today we still have not recieved our refund nor has the owner sent any photos showing the tracking number the certified check that he stated was sent but later changed it to him choosing when he wants to send us the check.
