I purchased $125 for a recertification of my BLS training and the company says they are certified through American Heart Association. I took the online test and passed, then had a mannequin sent to my house to do the physical portion of my BLS in which was suppose to be over a video session scheduled for 8pm on 4/28/23. I never received a link for the video session, there was no direct phone number for the instructor. If the mannequin is not returned with in 7 days they can charge your card $300, so I returned it today 4/29/23 on a Saturday to prevent an additional fee. The site states to try to order it 2-3 days sooner ahead of your test date due to longer delivery times due to it being a busy service. On Reddit app the CERTathome has many 1 star reviews with similar stories.
