Ordered two pairs of boots from the above site for AUD 101.33 (was a fake RM Williams outlet) and received a fake GUCCI labelled sunglasses. Apparently this was a mix up from their dispatch section. They are willing to refund 40% or a full refund if I return the parcel ( which might be worth $1) at my own expense. Google reviews say that the address provided is also fake.Currently the matter is with the bank.

Total fraud. Ordered two pairs of boots and received a fake cheap GUCCI labelled sunglasses. Apparently it is a mix up from their dispatch wing. They now want the item to be returned at my own expense to get a full refund or they will refund the 40% of the $101.33 I paid with an irresistible offer of keeping the fake Chinese garbage.

I ordered a 15 piece tool set for 69.00 and was charged 92.00. After 1 1/2 months I hadnt recieved my pkg. It was stuck at air transport in china. When I contacted them they said it wasnt their problem it was the couriers and that the courier refused to take the blame. After I kept on them within a week the pkg started moving, it was a pair of junky Gucci sunglasses worth 12 dollars. I have been arguing with them about a refund. I told them I want a full refund they said they are a victum also and would give me 35% refund. I asked why they dont have insurance to cover their mistakes and they said you have to have spent 200.00 first. So now their final offer is 42%. I told them I'm the customer and I shouldn't have to take a loss when I wasn't at fault. I want a full refund! Still waiting to here back.

I ordered an HP Portable Printer with Case for my phone and was charged $57 and received a three pack of Burberry Socks. Not what was advertised in the ad. And I’ve sent plenty of emails to complain and no one responds. But when I emailed to ask where the package was they were very fast to get back to let me know it was on the way and to be Patient! I am not outraged and want my money back!

I ordered a pair of ladies RM Williams boots from a facebook ad from this company. It was advertised at AU$69. I was charged almost AU$90 and when it arrived it was a fave Hermes Scarf. After looking online I can see this company is a scam.

We own a small business and we do business with businesses in China. We got a package from another Chinese business and inside the package contained a Burberry-like scarf, with a sales memo of $6180 HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) which converts to about $800. It is not a business that we work with. There was a QR code on the sales memo which led me to a link, which I did not click on.
