I ordered, they shipped. Items were never received. They resent items, again never received. They started processing refund. They gave me half my money back, then another 1/4. Still haven't received the last 1/4 and they keep responding with refund successfully

I purchased jeans and shorts through the TikTok shop in February. I contacted the company for shipping confirmation. They sent me a confirmation number with a link to the shipping company. After a month, it finally showed delivered, but I did not receive it. I contacted them again and they said they would resend. They again sent a shipping confirmation number with a link to a different shipping company. After another month, it showed delivered but again, I didn't receive my order. I contacted them again and got the same generic message that they would look into in. I have tried to contact the shipping company but have never received a response. This is obviously a SCAM.

Offered judy blue jeans got tracking number said it was delivered no package researched company asked for my money back said can only recover 70% due to shipping well shipping tracking number fake too. Still no refund. Dont trust any company online on facebook

It was an add on facebook for Judy Blue Jeans for a discounted price. The add was a video using the original women who advertise the Judy Blue Jeans brand. With the video showing the original models advertising the Judy Blue Jean brand, I assumed they were the real thing. So i placed and order, only to be given a fake order number and a tracking number that claims my order was delivered on March 5th, but i never received anything and now when i check my order on their site. It tells me there is no order as if i didnt purchase anything.

I order jeans from this site on January 20th, shipping rate was standard shipping, and said that the company is in Massachusetts. I finally received and email that the product was being shipped and coming from China, not where it said it was from. I tracked the package to see how long it would take to receive. It took over a month to have the package "delivered" and nothing was ever delivered. I contacted the company for a refund. They offered me a 60% refund, claiming that they weren't at fault, it was the delivery company, and they were at a loss themselves.
