They called wanting my daughter. I told them she was killed in a motorcycle accident on May 25-2022. They then started saying I had signed a legal agreement for her to borrow money. I told them no I didn’t and I am not responsible for any account. First they asked me for 920.00 and I said no. They then said if I would pay it right now they would take 360.00. They read off court documents and crap to me. Well I was so upset I just wanted them off my back. Now I had just buried my husband of 44 years on March 11-2022. Only 2 months and 11 days later my only daughter was killed. I was in so much grief and pain I just wanted them to leave me alone. 2 months later after I paid them that money they called again that there was 1220.00 owed in my name. Again they said they would close the file if I paid 600.00 to close the file. So I done it to get them to leave me alone. I then went to the bank put a stop payment on the amount and blocked their number. I did lose over 500.00 by being already upset and devastated over the loss of my husband and daughter.

sent email threatening me with lawsuit and warrant for my arrest for a 779.00 loan through cash advance/ payday, etc company. I have never used any of these services. threatened to report me to credit bureau, attach my wages, and my n=bank accounts. Also, no phone number, only email to set up payment plan. Oh, and the address on the bottom of the email does not exist.

I responded to the email giving them 4 hours to respond to me with details or I would forward to police. I have not heard back.,,,,yet.
