They also use a company called Portaboxpros for their fake delivery company. They sent me legit tracking numbers and info to follow my box. The morning it was supposed to be here 1/9 i got an email at 430am stating there was damage to my box and they had to ship it back to OR.
I received an email stating that they would send me a new one and refund me 15%. This is where i caught on, they told me this was their last box since they were getting rid of their old inventory...so how did they have the exact same box available??
They are still on FB marketplace and are advertising the same box they sold me, but now its like 5800 or so...They never answer their "phone" or return calls, they only communicate via email and thats only 1x per day if that.
I finally found the actual Cascade container out of Redmond, OR. I told them what happened and they said that wasnt the first phone calll they got about them. She also said they copied their website and all their verbage. Look at their reviews...they copied verbatim what their customers said about cascade container.
Watch out they are good...they got me!
