did told me US Bank has filed a lawsuit against me for overdraft when 2004 and it's summons that would be sent to my house for me to show up for court the total cost is $1,800 and they already had my social security number my date of birth and my address they told me I need to pay $100 a month for next 10 months and I contacted the u.s. bank under said I did not own anything
