My husband ordered parts for our truck back in January 2018 and paid $500 for the product. They said there would be a 90-day lead time for delivery of product. My husband called at 30 days to check in on status and to notify them that we never received the emailed invoice that they said we would send after purchase. They charged his credit card within a few days of calling to order. It has now been 5 months and we have not received the product, have not received any refund, and have not been able to contact the company - they do not answer their phones, nor respond to email. We waited patiently for 3 months....then 4, now 5....and no one has had the decency to contact my husband. We've been robbed by this company and want to warn others. Do not order anything from these people....they do not follow through. Check Yelp, Check ScamPulse.com's complaints....wish we had before ordering. Now we are out $500 of our hard earned money. Please do not give these people your business.....you will regret it. Their business licence should be pulled immediately - we are not the only people who have been robbed by these people...and they keep doing it!
