Order from callixe.com never arrived and they won't refund
Case ID ***** The order was placed on March 13, 2026, through callixe.com.
The tracking number did not work; all it showed was that the product was in Vernon on March 15. It is now March 25, and the product is still in Vernon, CA. I emailed Callixe several times at [email protected], and all I got was an apology. I also requested to have the charges reversed for the $110 I paid, but I was ignored. Finally, I went to BBB, and I found a 669-200-1586 number. I called, and someone by the name Emily answered. She stated she would help me with the refund, but I don't believe her. This type of company should not exist. They should be penalized for showing fake ads on social media.
