The logistics company has kept my package for a week, made excuses about the package being unable to be delivered claiming there is a delay with false promises of trying to deliver on time and yet never did. Went far past the expected delivery date and never did any proper follow ups with me at all with false promises and scams. Their local delivery center has my parcel but never ever attempted to deliver it at all. Not even once
