Settlement offer for breach of information from medical company. First letter requested a $30.00 processing fee. The second letter is requesting $50.00 fee to move forward to claim money.

It’s a funds Avisory letter saying this is your (Notice of Settlement Monies) mailed to you; Your payment summation report. File is Johnson: I D. 33591403. Your File Processing Is being conducted in our office where your settlement report documents are being carefully attached. The settlement amount is $ 4,041,628.00 and it continues on to say find your Form to complete. Then I would have to mail it out within 5 days they would process the form and they would deliver the money that’s it. Oh! I would have to pay a $50.00 fee along with this form I had to return.

I to received a mailing from CAA Main Processing Center 96 Linwood Plz. #388 Fort Lee, NJ 07024. There is no phone number. It says about a Federal Class Action Lawsuit Settlement and how I am identified as a potential claimant of $4,800,000,000. However the letter then states They want me to return a form with my signature and $30 Payable to CAA. This is to receive settlement information. I did not return the form or send any money and I have no plans to do so.

I received a letter saying they would make sure I received my portion of a Federal Class Action Lawsuit which has been settled and I have been identified as potential claimant to a portion of the funds held in trust valued at $4,800,000.00 and I should send them $30.00 so I can get my portion

I have sent this company the 30.00 dollars once last year and another time 3years prior to that. Thinking I was being awarded money's owed from my child being born with heart defects due to a medication I took before I had even gotten pregnant.
Never have I received anything back from this place there is no number or email to verify this is legitimate in anyway.

I received a mailing from CAA Main Processing Center 96 Linwood Plz. #388 Fort Lee, NJ 07024. It does not have a phone number. I am suspicious. It mentions a Federal Class Action Lawsuit Settlement. I am identified as a potential claimant of $4,800,000,000. It sounds too good to be true. They want me to return a form with my signature and $30 Payable to CAA. This is to receive settlement information. I did not return the form or send any money.
