Buyer beware, this company is really located in China and tried to scam me out of U.S. $74.58 by knowingly sending me a cheap mitten instead of the used velux remote I ordered. I ordered it in April from their website, 6 weeks later a cheap mitten arrived from China. The company refused to ship me the correct product (I researched and found another customer submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint for the same product order and problem with this company), and refused to issue a refund unless I paid for shipping it back to their China location and they verify the product shipped back is what I ordered.
I submitted a credit card complaint, and this company fought it claiming that I ordered plaid pants and I must return them at my cost. After demonstrating what I ordered and the correspondence, my credit card company credited me for the purchase.
