Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Product misrepresentation. The vendor is flat out lying about the product and its features. The company Star Scope advertises that the mono-scope has a 25X zoom capability and the optics are military grade. The product they deliver has no zoom features and is a cheap knock off. When I try to create a review on line every link takes me back to the company home page where reviews are fake. Even if I tried to reach a 3rd party reviewing services everything links back to the company. BIG SCAM. Even if you enter "Star Scope SCAM" all links lead back to the company's page. This is the only way I can report this company. They have a PO Box in Phoenix Arizona. PO 2903. I called them to return and all they said was for me to sent the product back to the PO Box. No confirmation of the return just that I should get me =money back in a few weeks. No confirmation email.....
