Vendor response: It saddens us that you are not fully satisfied with Provadent, (Advanced Oral Probiotic Complex) and we understand you wanted to request a refund. Our money-back guarantee information is located on the product’s official website and checkout page to ensure our customers are fully informed about its expiration. Upon checking your order details, we noticed that you had requested a refund beyond the order’s money-back guarantee coverage, which ended on October 24, 2024.
My response: I wasn't requesting a refund. Nowhere in my email did I request a refund. My concern which you completely failed to mention in the response was the shortage of tablets. Please, I am requesting a more individualized professional response from someone higher up the chain.
Vendor's second response: I’m really sorry to hear that you received the wrong tablets, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Unfortunately, since the money-back guarantee period has already ended on October 24, 2024, we are unable to process a reshipment.
To the community of the BBB, beware of this company to which I have learned there are several vendors for this same product. They refuse to address the issue of who packages this product or indicate that they will investigate the shortage per bottle. Whatever prompted me to count the tablets, leads me to believe my situation is not a one off. I was never asked for the Batch number 0863-4060179-2 either. The product may be worthwhile but avoid this company and purchase elsewhere.
